Developmental Screening and Strategies for Support

Developmental Screening and Strategies for Support for Children Birth to Six:
ASQ and DSP Training

Description

The Developmental Screening and Strategies for Support for Children Birth to Six is an exciting opportunity for anyone working with young children and their families. Our training will build on your passion for supporting optimal early development and overall wellbeing to foster your ability to recognize and respond to the needs of the infants, young children and families you serve.

Learning Objectives

Through this training, practitioners will learn how to score and interpret Ages and Stages Questionnaires (ASQs) and how to create a Developmental Support Plan (DSP) using our Hand in Hand resources and templates. Research and personal testimonials show a positive improvement on practitioners' knowledge in IEMH, and the skills to use the ASQ and DSP to support early development as children wait for more intensive services.

Certificate of Completion

Participants will receive a certificate of completion once they have watched a series of pre-recorded webinars and participated in live coaching sessions.
